We build trade show coverage around your exhibitor and sponsor commitments. Every contracted deliverable is captured on a checklist, per-booth edits are delivered while exhibitors are still breaking down, and the recap film anchors next year's registration push.

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule without penalty. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date. Full cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to the full project fee.
Yes. We cover regional trade shows within a two-hour drive — St. Louis, Wichita, Columbia, Tulsa, and Des Moines. Travel fee is quoted per project.
We carry redundant cameras, backup audio recorders, and spare bodies and lenses. Our compact floor-native rigs are designed to keep moving even if one piece of equipment needs to be swapped.

Yes. Daily rates are available, and we can deliver per-day recap edits and same-day sponsor content while the show floor is still open.
A recap is a 90-second to 3-minute highlight cut for social media and next year's registration push. A full trade show film is a complete documentary — typically 8 to 20 minutes — covering floor energy, keynotes, and the breadth of exhibitor activity.
