Stills that pull double duty — press releases, annual reports, and social content all from one shoot.
A well-shot event photo does six jobs before the press release goes out. It populates the social queue, anchors the annual report, goes into the board deck, lives on the sponsor recap, runs on the next registration page, and sits in the archive when someone needs to prove it happened. We build event photography coverage around exactly that deliverable stack — clean editorial stills, environmental wide shots, executive portraits on request, and a culled gallery that is ready to hand off without additional editing on your end.
For nonprofit and gala clients, event photography does additional duty: it documents donor stewardship, anchors the annual report, and gives development teams the visual proof they need for next year's sponsorship conversations. Photography is how you show donors their contribution made a difference.
Most Kansas City clients book photography alongside video as a single-vendor package. The crew shares a call sheet, so logistics are simpler and the photo and video libraries match each other. Book separately if you only need stills — the workflow is the same either way.
We recommend booking 30–45 days in advance to ensure availability and build a proper shot list around your event agenda.
