For nonprofit and gala clients, event photography does additional duty: it documents donor stewardship, anchors the annual report, and gives development teams the visual proof they need for next year's sponsorship conversations. Most Kansas City clients book photography alongside video as a single-vendor package. The crew shares a call sheet, so logistics are simpler and the photo and video libraries match each other. Book separately if you only need stills — the workflow is the same either way.

No. We specialize exclusively in corporate events, galas, trade shows, and concerts.
We require 48 hours notice to reschedule without penalty. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date. Full cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to the full project fee.
Yes. We cover regional events within a two-hour drive — St. Louis, Wichita, Columbia, Tulsa, and Des Moines. Travel fee is quoted per project.
We carry redundant camera bodies, backup lenses, and spare flash systems. If a body goes down, coverage continues without a gap.
Yes. Send us your run-of-show, priority moments — keynote speakers, award recipients, VIP guests — and any special requirements at least two weeks before the event.
Sony full-frame mirrorless bodies with G Master prime and zoom lenses suited to conference, gala, and concert environments. All images captured in RAW and delivered as color-corrected, print-ready JPEGs.
Yes. Every photography project begins with a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, usage rights, and payment terms.
Yes. Daily rates are available, and we can deliver per-day selects each evening if your communications team needs images while the event is still running.
Selects are the best 50–100 images from the event, culled and color-corrected, delivered the next business day. A full gallery includes every keeper from the day — typically several hundred images — delivered within five business days.
Via a private download link on Frame.io or Google Drive. Files remain available for 90 days. USB delivery is available on request.
Raw files are available as an add-on for clients who need them for archival or advanced retouching. Priced per day of coverage.
