Quiet coverage. Cinematic finish. Video that gets more donations from your donors.
Kansas City's nonprofit and philanthropic community runs some of the most consequential black-tie events in the Midwest. Hospital foundation galas, arts organization benefits, and civic groups raise millions in a single evening. The film from that night has to honor the room — quiet enough to be invisible, precise enough to capture the moments that get more donations out of donors next time you ask.
We cover black-tie events with long-lens cameras and no light stands in the aisles. Guests notice the event, not the crew. The finished film arrives with the thank-you email, and it keeps working for twelve months: in the annual report, on the donation page, and in next year's sponsorship deck.
We recommend booking 30–45 days in advance to ensure your date is held, your program is mapped into a shot list, and your no-film requirements are documented before the evening begins.
Long lenses, compact cinema rigs, no supplemental lighting in the dining room. Guests experience the evening; the camera disappears.
Every black-tie event film is engineered to circulate in email, on donation pages, and in next year's sponsorship deck. Multiple versions cut for each moment.
No-film lists honored, sensitive moments handled with care, crew dressed and briefed to match the room.
Yes. We use compact cinema rigs, long lenses, and no artificial lighting in the room.
That is exactly what it is built for. Every black-tie event film is engineered to circulate in email, on donation pages, and in sponsorship decks, while the night is still fresh for your donors.
We recommend booking 30–45 days in advance. This gives us time to map your program into a shot list, document any no-film requirements, and coordinate with your event planner before the evening. Reach out even if your date is sooner — we accommodate shorter windows when the calendar allows.

We carry redundant cameras, backup audio recorders, and spare bodies and lenses. Long lenses and low-profile rigs mean we never stop visibly to swap equipment in the room.

We shoot on Sony FX6 and FX3 cinema cameras with long E-mount glass for discreet distance coverage. Audio is patched from the venue soundboard via Rode and Sennheiser systems. All footage is 4K or 6K capture.

Yes. Daily rates are available, and we can deliver per-day recap edits if your campaign needs immediate content.
A recap is a 90-second to 3-minute highlight cut for your donation page, email follow-up, and social channels. A full event film is a complete cinematic documentary — typically 8 to 20 minutes — capturing speeches, reactions, and the full arc of the evening.
