From the opening keynote to the closing panel. Every moment that matters, captured clean.
Your leadership team approved the events budget. The recap video is how you prove it was worth it — to sponsors who want to see their investment reflected, to the board that needs to see the room, and to the marketing team that needs content to work with after load-out. We build the shot list around your agenda three weeks before load-in, coordinate audio with your AV vendor, and deliver social verticals the same day the event closes. Every deliverable is mapped to a distribution channel before the camera rolls.
Every corporate film we produce is built for two audiences: the people in the room who lived it, and the people who weren't there but need to feel it. That means clean audio from the stage, deliberate camera work that reads professional on a boardroom screen, and a story-first edit that your CEO will forward without being asked.
We recommend booking 30–45 days in advance to ensure availability, build a proper shot list, and coordinate with your AV team before load-in day.
We advance every shoot with your production team and AV vendor before load-in. Soundboard feeds, stage positions, and credential access — locked before the first session starts.
We set up a lit, miked interview corner and pull executives between sessions. One event yields a year of content.
Vertical cutdowns go out the same day. Full films within 7–10 business days. Priority 72-hour option available.
Most Kansas City corporate events benefit from both video and photography, coordinated through one production team so the two crews aren't working around each other on event day. Video captures the energy of the room — the keynote, the crowd reaction, the recap your team can use for marketing. Photography captures the individual moments worth printing or publishing — the speaker at the podium, the award handoff, the shot your PR team needs for the press release. Event photography is available as an add-on to any video production, priced and itemized in the same quote builder.

A recap is a 90-second to 3-minute highlight cut for social media, email campaigns, and marketing use. A full event film is a complete cinematic documentary — typically 8 to 20 minutes — that captures the full arc of the day. Every deliverable is designed to help you prove ROI to leadership — the recap film gives the board something to point to, the sponsor cutdown goes into the renewal conversation, and the social verticals show marketing results within 48 hours of the event closing.
